ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
Effective Date: January 6th, 2026
Applies to: All users of the Bloxsnap Platform, including self-signup SaaS users, Resellers, and End-Users.
1. Introduction
Bloxsnap provides a cloud-based Platform, including SaaS, PaaS, FaaS, IaaS, AI-assisted tools, and AI-agentic workflow capabilities. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets forth rules for the lawful, ethical, and safe use of our Platform. By using Bloxsnap, you agree to comply with this AUP. Bloxsnap may suspend or terminate access for violations.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Platform to:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Violate local, national, or international law.
- Facilitate terrorism, human trafficking, organized crime, or other unlawful acts.
- Host, distribute, or operate botnets, malware, ransomware, or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Distribute terrorist propaganda or recruit for violent extremist groups.
2.2 Network & Security Abuse
- Hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit Bloxsnap systems, APIs, or AI models.
- Access or attempt to access third-party systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Perform DDoS attacks, port scans, or any form of network disruption.
- Impersonate Bloxsnap staff, systems, or other entities, or manipulate network traffic identifiers (e.g., source IP addresses) to conceal abusive activity.
2.3 Fraud & Financial Crime
- Engage in fraud, phishing, scams, Ponzi schemes, or deceptive financial activities.
- Launder money through cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other digital assets.
- Operate unlicensed gambling, betting, or prediction markets.
- Conduct cryptocurrency scams, token launches, or pump-and-dump schemes.
2.4 High-Risk Commercial Activities
- Operate dropshipping, counterfeit goods, or deceptive e-commerce businesses.
- Run unauthorized marketplaces or platforms for prohibited goods or services.
- Sell pharmaceutical products, controlled substances, or unlicensed health products.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive advertisements.
2.5 Adult & Explicit Content
- Distribute pornography, sexually explicit services, escort services, or adult content.
- Create AI-generated sexual content depicting real persons without consent.
- Upload, host, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content depicting sexual abuse of minors.
2.6 AI & Automation Abuse
- Generate deepfakes, synthetic media, or AI content to mislead, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Attempt to circumvent, “jailbreak,” or induce the AI model or service to generate outputs violating this AUP, safety policies, or applicable law.
- Use content generated by the Platform to mislead, create public panic, or spread disinformation, and clearly disclose synthetic origin for all AI-generated media (images, video, audio), e.g., via watermark or metadata.
- Use AI or automation to create spam, fake reviews, fraudulent content, or engage in excessive/unauthorized automation (bots, scripts) that scrapes, circumvents rate limits, or manipulates platform metrics.
- Feed sensitive or private data into AI features without proper consent.
- Use AI to generate content that incites violence, hate, or self-harm.
- Attempt to bypass moderation or filtering by evasion tactics (e.g., leetspeak, misspellings, code words, image rotation).
2.7 Privacy & Data Violations
- Collect, scrape, or sell personal data without explicit consent.
- Violate GDPR, CCPA, export control, or other applicable data protection laws.
- Export personal information to countries without proper safeguards.
- Circumvent privacy controls of third-party services.
- Publish or distribute others’ private, non-public, personally identifying information (PII) or confidential data without express legal authorization or consent (doxxing).
2.8 Intellectual Property & Academic Integrity
- Offer cheating services, plagiarism tools, or AI exam-answer generators.
- Circumvent copyright, patent, or software license protections.
- Distribute pirated content (movies, music, software, books).
2.9 High-Risk Tech & Industrial Exploits
- Develop malware, exploits, or offensive security tools.
- Target IoT, industrial systems, or critical infrastructure for harm.
- Sell, manufacture, or distribute weapons, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
- Use the Platform for unauthorized resource-intensive activities, including cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service simulations, or excessive load testing outside of agreed terms.
2.10 Political & Social Manipulation
- Run political campaigns, propaganda, or vote interference operations without proper authorization.
- Use the Platform for mass disinformation, manipulation, or harassment.
2.11 Non-Discrimination & Harassment
- Engage in discrimination, harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse targeted at individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
2.12 Miscellaneous Prohibited Uses
- Engage in any activity causing reputational, legal, or operational risk to Bloxsnap.
- Resell or redistribute Bloxsnap services without explicit permission.
- Tamper with, bypass, or otherwise attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions, usage limits, metering, or billing mechanisms put in place by Bloxsnap.
3. Enforcement & Reporting
Bloxsnap may take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this AUP:
- Suspend or terminate accounts, access, or subscriptions
- Remove, disable, or restrict access to content or data
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations to abuse@bloxsnap.com.
4. Updates
Bloxsnap may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Acknowledgment
By using the Bloxsnap Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this AUP.
